A cornerstone of ALFANZO BUSINESS ENTERPRISE  philosophy is job creation, the transfer of skills and the introduction of mentorship programmes to youth coming from previously disadvantages backgrounds. Alfanzo also offers Training and development of emerging entrepreneurs which include youth, women and military veterans. Alfanzo also offers bursaries to students that are specialising in Engineering, Information Technology and Aviation.

LINDELANI UNLIMITED MARKERTING was formed in February 2000 and is owned by a military veteran together with a woman. MOKALE TECHNOLOGY is owned by 4 young black men. they started the company in August 2016. BOBO IT SOLUTION AND PROJECTS is owned by a mixture of  military veterans and youth , all of them being black, it was formed in 2013. FELICITIOS TRADING AND ENTERPRISE is owned by black women. PONTSHO YA KABELO AND PROJECTS is owned by two young people, it was started in 2015. BOAZ—NABOTH  is owned by a mixture of all genders.

The shareholders of ALFANZO BUSNESS ENTERPRISE have the ability and commitment to advance upliftment by drawing on its own substantial internal combined shareholders resources and to provide secure entry points into areas of the economy that have high barriers of entry for emerging businesses.For the first time through ABE, new sectors of the economy will open up in which many previously disadvantaged South Africans can enhance their skills and expertise to initiate and grow employment and business opportunities in a wide cross section of the economy. Until recently, there has only been a low level of involvement in these business sectors by members of this marginalised community.
